Local firefighters and Engine No. 3 make their way from Parksville Baptist Church on Alum Springs Road to Parksville Cementary Wedsnesday.
Belcher was a Boyle County volunteer firefighter, serving as lieutenant and secretary-treasurer of Engine No. 3. He was a co-captain and secretary-treasurer of Parksville Rescue Squad. He was a pilot, scuba diver and charter member of the Red Knights motorcycle club.
